Happy New Year!

It is my day to show off yet, another cute file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons...

I love New Years!!  I think I like the fact that it is like a clean slate as we move into the New Year!  I am one that definitely writes down New Years Resolutions… every year growing up, my mom would have us write down our New Year Resolutions, and then she would put them in an envelope and stick them in a book… not to be opened until New Years Eve the following year… those were so much fun to look at on New Years Eve… I still do that today!!

For my project today, I made a New Years Card!  Isn't he just darling??  The cut is from PPPR Little Hoot!    I love this cut, as it can be used for almost any holiday!!  How versatile is that??  I cut him out along with the top hat… as he looks festive and certainly ready to bring in the Newy Year!!

I wish everyone a Happy New Year!!  May you be healthy and happy… and accomplish much!!

Christmas Fun!

I love making small gifts this time of year… they don't cost much, and yet they are so worth giving to those that least expect it!

We go to our favorite Sushi Restaurant and the Sushi Chef boys treat us to especially good!  So I love to make them things… and for Christmas this year I made the cutest little packages for gum and tucked away a little $$ inside for each of them!  I found this file at Svgcutting files.  I made them for the Sushi Chefs, and the waitress/waiter… and a couple more to leave during this time of year!  It makes going out to dinner so fun!

These gum boxes went together so easily… I plan to make so many more of them…

I also made a couple of Christmas cards this year… I stopped sending out cards, due to I miss friends and family or I can't find their addresses or simply too lazy!  I had to make this cut into a card for my brother, who I like to call Clark Griswold just because I think its funny!  So when I found this cut while hopping along SVGcutting files Christmas hop, I knew I had to make Clark!!  He turned out darling!!

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Snuggly and Warm

Sharing cute, cute files from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons today!

I love this Sweet Snowman… and I love how with the change of paper " He" became a "She!"  Hahahaha

I made this adorable little Snowman!  I just love how pretty the colors are on her.  I love PINK!!  I embossed the cuts of the scarf and hat and placed her on a Topper also found at PPPR.  I used the A2 Cards and sized it down to fit on top of a cellophane bag!

Inside the bag I put a pair of Fluffy Socks and tied a pretty ribbon around it!  They will make darling Office gifts!

Deck the Halls

Deck the Halls Blog Hop!!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year… and this Hop is going to get you in the mood for the Holidays for sure!

If you came here from  Shannon’s blog, you are in the right place.  If you just stumbled upon this post and would like to start from the beginning, please visit the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog.  Trust me, you won’t want to miss a thing!

We are showcasing some festive holiday decorations that are just perfect for Christmas, be it decorating your home, sending Season’s Greeting cards or simply leaving Santa a plate of Cookies and something COLD to drink! (Hey, I live in AZ!!)

Using vinyl, I cut the phrase Christmas Cookies from this file… it pieced together so very easily too!
I cut out some simple circles and decorated a pretty plate that I will fill with some of Santa's favorite treats!  Santa will want to have something cold to wash down those treats, so I made him a Koozie to go!  Again, using the same file, I cut out the Stockings and placed them on a Koozie I purchased at Michael's… perfect for a little holiday cheer!  Wink, Wink…

File I used…so cute!!
