Easter Shoes

Just bought the Princess Party cartridge, mainly for this cut!  It's a good thing there are several others on there I like...These shoes are darling, and I can think of so many occasions that this would be so fitting!  I cut these at 5-1/2 inches... they are a pretty good size, I think a roll of lifesavers would fit perfectly!  I had Hershey kisses, so I used those for the photograph!  I had to put a pretty little flower on the toe with ribbon, as I wished I had embossed it first!  Oh, well... next time!  Enjoy!!

Bunny Socks

OK, I saw this idea on Dawn's Stamping Thoughts, and I thought what a cute idea this would be for a pair of holiday socks!!  I purchased some Easter socks for my mom, and sister, and thought this would be a great way to "dress" them up!!  I used Storybook for the Topper, and the bunny from Doodlecharms...I could really use some cute stamps...but this one worked!  So very, very easy!!  No more boring Socks!! Hahahaha...

Tea Cup

This turned out darling... I cut it at 8" the biggest it would cut on a 12X12 sheet... but it turned out pretty good size!  I have been wanting to make this cut since I bought the cartridge, a little time consuming to put together, but easy.  I just wouldn't want to make dozens of these in one sitting!!  Hahaha...
these would be fun for a "tea party" or a girl's get together, or a nice thoughtful gift for someone... I had to add a flower...

Happy 50th!

Going to a 50th birthday party and of course last minute, I decide to make something!!  I always go for the wine totes, I guess it's because we seem to always take wine somewhere, and these are so very easy to make!
It is for a guy so I couldn't "dress" it up as much as I wanted to...however, I did have some ribbon that I wanted to use, and using the Bow-Dabra- I made a really pretty ribbon!!  I cut out the 50 using Something to Celebrate cart... 4"...simple!  Thanks for looking!!!

Gable box

I have always wanted to make a gable box, and well, now I have the cartridge to do so!  I cut this one out using just the one piece-fit to page, and it is small.. abut the right size for a "little-something" or some small candy... I will cut the next one using the two pieces...of course, it needed a flower and look how pretty the flower turned out for a beginner...

Gable box II

OK, this one is much bigger, and surprisingly, big enough for a real gift to fit inside!  I cut it in brown as I my original idea was to have a coffee theme... but once again, I wanted to experiment with my flower cartridge, and put a flower on it instead... not sure this flower is one of my favorites, but it was the right size  for the box...Thanks for looking!!

Barrettes

OK... I had to try and make a pair of barrettes...I wanted to make hair clips but couldn't find any so I bought barrettes instead.  I have to say, they were so fun to make, yet very simple!  These would make darling gifts for young girl's, however, I made these for an old lady- ME, and I thought they were fun and flirty!!

Card Holder

Now this was so very easy to make... I made the business card holder, (TBBM2) but it just perfect for a Gift card and a little note!  A great little way to tuck in a card on a package as well!  Speaking of packages... my mother bought me my now, new favorite cartridge, the Flower Shoppe!  Hooray!  Between building boxes and making flowers, I am pretty happy right now!!  I cut the little flower and leaves using Flower Shoppe and I think it was just the perfect touch!  What do you think??

TBBMx2

Well, I fell in love with a cart that is totally BOXES!!  I love making boxes more than anything...so when I saw this cartridge, I had to have it...so much I paid full price for it from Cricut.com!!!  Whew!  But, it was delivered quickly and I have had hours of enjoyment building boxes... now I just need to "complete" them!
I also bought the scoring blade, and it works great, although, I read somewhere that you don't actually need it...
This box was very simple yet , I wouldn't want to make a ton of them as they cut pretty small.  I can't remember what size this one was, but I thought it would be bigger than it is... but they would make adorable treats boxes for a small party...

Birthday Card for Dad

I am not much of a card maker... I think I have mentioned that before...Hahahaha... I make them but I would much rather be building boxes...Hahhaha...anyways, my Dad is a Cowboy through and through... and very simple, so any "western-type" card or theme makes him happy!
I had a couple of ideas in mind, but then realized I didn't have the cartridge I thought I had... imagine that!

I remembered my mom gave me her Old West Cartridge and there I found lots of cute ideas.  Well, one cut led to another and this is what I came up with for a card... a little "wild"- west for me, but I really do think my Dad will get a kick out of it!  Happy Birthday, Dad!

Baby Favors

Well, this turned out pretty cute!  I cut it fit to page- 10.25."  I glued some eyelet around the bottom, and had some pink safety pin brads to put on it as well.  The box was very easy to put together, these would be fun to make for a baby shower!  I have been invited to one in a couple of months, so I will use this as a "bow" on top of the gift!  I think it's darling...
